How long will it take for my web site to be designed?

The timescale of a web design project is often dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will do everything possible to try to meet that deadline. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.

Do we need to meet in person before beginning a new project?

It is not necessary to meet in person because virtually everything can be discussed over the phone or transferred through email. However, if you'd prefer to meet in person, we are happy to oblige.  The cost is $60 per hour which will be applied to your project if you choose to hire us.

What happens after the web site is designed? Can I updated it myself?

If your site is designed using a WordPress or Joomla platform, the answer is yes. Once the web site is up and running, we will need to tutor you on how to achieve some basic edits such as adding an image or editing text.

How much do you charge to update the site?

$60 per hour (15 minute minimum). If we do a quick edit and it takes less than 15 minutes, the charge would be $15.

What is Web Hosting and why do I need it?

Web Hosting is a little like "property". You have to own a piece of property in order to build a house on it. Web hosting is the same concept. Your web site (house) needs to be located on a web hosting server (land).
